This service includes the realization of the design according to your request, based on your instructions and/or your drawings or any files. But also the preparation of the vector file to finally carry out the engraving. All these operations are carried out by me at my workshop in Solenzara in order to provide you with a fast and followed service.

The production time for these personalized pieces is on average 2 weeks, these times may vary (+ or -) depending on the complexity of the desired customization.

Usually products in stock are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment, then delivery by Colissimo is announced in 48 to 72 hours.

In the event that the watch must be personalized, the deadlines vary according to the complexity of the personalization project, i.e. approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

Warranty: 2 years
This timepiece is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft or damage resulting from improper use. Any intervention by a third-party watchmaker terminates this warranty.
